Short Base Bumper
The XHD short base comes in two designs: the Integrated Winch Mount (shown) for use with almost any aftermarket winch (including the new Warn Power Plant with Optional Mounting Blocks part number 11540.15) and also the Light Mount Base with two light mounting locations part number 11540.11.  The Short Base attaches quickly to the frame with two enclosed D-ring mounting brackets.  This four bolt frame mount design provides the toughest bumper attachment found any where while creating two overbuilt pull points.  This bumper mounts close in on the frame rails, drawing the bumper closer to your JK's factory fog lamps.  Built in euro-guards protect the fog lamps from the elements while creating an easy mount point.  Each Short Base bumper includes side filler plates to close off the ends for a finished look. 

Finish
The XHD Bumper components are constructed of a heavy duty powder coated steel with a tough E-coat primer to provide years of heavy duty use.
