How much is shipping?
Our standard shipping charge is $9.95 on any item purchased up to $199.00. All purchases over $199.00 ship for free. This applies to orders that are delivered using standard ground shipping items. If you would like an expedited shipping quote, you can contact us at email@example.com or call us at 866-554-5946. Special Order items will require additional time for processing. Additional fees will be charged for all truck freight orders and any package that exceeds the dimensional limits for standard shipping.
How can I pay for my items?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover Credit Cards over the phone or through our secure server checkout online. You can send a check or money order to us however the items will not be processed for shipment until all funds have cleared.
Can I check the status of my order?
Once your items are processed for shipment you should receive an email with tracking information to the address you supplied at checkout. Depending on when your order was placed this may take up to 48 hours for you to receive
Do you ship to Canada?
We do ship to Canada. You will need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote or call us at 260-636-7565. All orders to a foreign country are subject to customs inspections. Our invoice to you must reflect the actual price paid for the items for proper assessment. All customs duty taxes and value added taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I return an item once after I received it?
We accept returns for any item that is purchased through us up to 30 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be returned in accordance with our return policy. All return shipment fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
