Trouble Free Return Policy
If you receive your item and are not completely satisfied with it, you may return it for a refund of the original purchase price according to our returned goods policy. To return an item, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Goods Authorization Number. Returned items will not be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization Number. The item must be in its original packaging, unused and in new resellable condition including all of the original parts and documentation. We will not accept any items that have been installed on a vehicle, unless you are filing a warranty claim, or items that have been modified in anyway. Any returned part that we determine shows evidence of being used or installed not according to the manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date. Any items returned without prior authorization will be refused. Return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the error was made on our behalf, and is not refundable. Body parts, electrical components, custom brake lines, glass, special order items and items delivered by a common carrier are not returnable. Returned items will be refunded in the following manner: Items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be eligible for a refund of the original purchase price minus a 20 % restocking fee and any cost incurred with the original transaction (including shipping and payment fees). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Orders cancelled after being placed are subject to a 10% charge for administrative fees.
